Photography Services

Our photography packages include:

• Signature: 2-hour session with 5 retouched images
• Prestige: 3-hour session with 12 retouched images, including hair and makeup
• Iconic: 5-hour session with 24 retouched images and cinematic brand film

All sessions include professional direction, secure galleries, and our signature editorial approach.

Website Design Services

Our web services include custom-coded websites with:

• Bespoke design tailored to your brand
• Professional copywriting
• SEO optimisation
• Privacy-first architecture
• One year of premium hosting (included)

Privacy & SEO Services

• Privacy Audit: Comprehensive review of your digital presence
• SEO Mastery: Monthly service for search visibility and authority

Booking & Payment

Booking Process

Services begin with an inquiry through our contact form. We'll discuss your vision, confirm availability, and provide a detailed proposal. A signed agreement and deposit secure your booking.

Payment Terms

• Photography: 50% deposit to secure booking, balance due before image delivery
• Website Design: 50% deposit to begin, 25% at design approval, 25% at launch
• Privacy & SEO: Full payment due at service commencement

We offer flexible payment arrangements for Prestige and Iconic packages. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 7+ days before session: Full deposit refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before: Deposit non-refundable
• Rescheduling is permitted once without penalty if requested 48+ hours in advance

Intellectual Property

Photography Rights

We retain copyright of all images created. Your package includes a license for:

• Personal and professional use on your platforms
• Marketing and promotional materials
• Social media and website display

Images may not be sold, transferred to third parties, or edited without permission. We may use images for our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Website Ownership

Upon final payment, you own your website code and content completely. You may host it anywhere after the included hosting period. We retain rights to our underlying frameworks and methodologies.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount. We guarantee:

• Complete discretion in all communications
• Secure handling of all personal information
• Private galleries with access control
• No sharing of client details without explicit consent
• Option for anonymous or semi-anonymous shoots

Client Conduct

We maintain a professional, respectful environment. We expect clients to:

• Communicate openly about comfort levels and boundaries
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Treat all team members with respect

We reserve the right to terminate services for inappropriate behaviour without refund.

Model Releases & Usage

For photography sessions:

• Model release is optional and never required
• You control where and how your images appear
• Portfolio usage requires your explicit consent
• Anonymous options available for all packages

Development Process

Website creation follows our proven process:

3. Development and testing
4. Launch and training

Hosting & Maintenance

• First year hosting included in all packages
• Continued hosting available at £65/month
• Imperial package includes unlimited updates for one year
• You own your site and may transfer hosting anytime

Liability & Disclaimers

Service Delivery

We commit to delivering services with professionalism and skill. However:

• Results may vary based on individual circumstances
• SEO rankings depend on multiple factors beyond our control
• We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

We offer multiple secure communication channels:

• Signal or other secure messaging upon request

Response times are typically within 24-48 hours during business days.

Dispute Resolution
